Not seeing Color, Size, etc in Structure Tab

I purchased the premium version and I see it unlocked some things. But I am not seeing Colors or Size show in the Structure area where I can check them. I see there are other checkable options in the video tutorial, none of those show either. Is there a way to add that? I have several products that have variation of color and size. The only things currently in the Structure area are:
1) Search by Price
2) Tags
3) Product Tags
4) Product Categories

Extensions checked:
1) Color
2) Image
3) Quick Search
4) Hierachy drop-down
5) Radio or checkbox in drop-down
