Hi, thanks for making this plugin.

I noticed that the Cart Totals on the list page just show 0? Also a username column here would be great – for example, when needing to find carts that users complain they have issues with.

Then on the cart detail page – I can see the order value for the cart that is listed a 0 on the list page

Also the detail page is often empty, (for active carts). I suspect probably that the cart has already converted, but not updated on the plugin yet? (When does the cart exist? Only once the user has added an item to the cart, or when the user just logs in? )

    Other Suggestions:

If you can show once a coupon is applied to the cart, that would be great too.

The order number/Post ID (seperate from your cart ID) would also be very helpful too.

    Thank you

    Hi Darryl,

Thanks for reporting these issues and feature requests, and for your patience as I iron out some wrinkles in this new plugin!

I’ve released version 1.0.3 today which should fix the issue with the cart value column in the carts list and also add a User column.

Regarding the empty cart details, is it just the cart contents that are empty or the entire details page? There may be cases where the cart doesn’t have anything in it, but it should still show the other cart details such ash the associated IP address, etc.

The cart details page should show the associated order ID (linked to the order) for converted carts; is that not showing up on your end?

Cart coupon makes sense to show as well, perhaps I can add that in a future update.

    Cheers!

Thanks for the update! The cart values now show.

Yes the details page was completely empty before, but now after the update I see data. I’m yet to encounter a cart where there are no items in it yet, to confirm conclusively.

I also see a lot more data today than before – perhaps the data had to populate first?

I see the order ID on converted carts, thanks – but there should be a post id already for the active carts too?

Thank you for the fast reply, look forward to the coupon update!

    Cheers.

    Hi Darryl,

The data should more or less be live; there shouldn’t be any significant delays in the data showing in your WordPress admin. I’m not sure why you were seeing less data initially.

Regarding the post ID, I’d just need some clarification: would this be the ID of the post that the user is currently viewing? (There is no order ID for non-converted carts since they haven’t proceeded through checkout yet, presumably.)

(Note: I’m marking this thread as resolved since the original issue in the subject line appears to be fixed!)

Thanks – Re: the ID, I was hoping that an WP/WC ID is created for the cart, before the order is posted.

    Resolved, thanks.

I included the cart ID feature request in the version 1.0.4 release. (Note this version also changes how cart IDs are generated, from sequential to random.)

Still hoping to add the coupon capturing feature in future as well but that is a bit more involved due to the extra database field(s) it will require.

Hi, thank you – appreciate the feedback – thanks re: coupons – looking forward to it ??

Just a quick update to let you know that cart coupon tracking has made it into the 1.0.6 release!

    Hi, Thank you!

However, it broke my site. I got the “

There has been a critical error on this website.

    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

” message, when I disabled the plugin via FTP, the my site came back up. I was updating other plugins at the time, so after the updates, I re-enabled it to make sure, and the site went down again. Latest, WP and WC versions.

I looked into the error you received after update and it seems there was a bug that should have been fixed during the testing phase but wasn’t, for some reason. Version 1.0.7 has just been released to correct this issue.
