Not seeing all the sites in one network after install

Hello I installed the plugin as the instructions stated and made the edit to the wp-config file.I see both wordpress networks but one network only shows 1 site, it does not show all the sites within the network.

Also I am not able to move sites from one network to another. Am I suppose to be able to move sites from one network to another with this plugin?
