not secure connection

    The connection of my website is safe, HTTPS, but as soon as the pop up appears, the connection becomes not safe. Help me, please.

  • Hi @freddyee,

    When I check your site I don’t see any insecure reports even though the popup is enabled, I also checked the console for mixed content errors that could cause this but there are no such reports there.

    Could you share a screenshot of what exactly do you see from your end?

    it was some mistake with the image url in the popup, it was solved.
