    Hello,

Please tell me – is this ‘Tahoe 8824’ a product title or some value of a different product field?

    Regards

Please tell me – did you change the ‘Search rule’ option from the Performance tab?

No I did not change this. What should the search rule option say?

to confirm nothing has been changed in the performance tab. No settings were changed. It seems to be ignoring the numbers in the product name field. When I type in “2624” which is a product, it says there are no results.

Yes, you are right. For some reason numbers in the product title are ignored. But it is not the default plugin behavior. Please tell me – did you use any custom code snippets to make any changes in the plugin search behavior?

no there was no custom code used. I just installed it.

Also can your plugin search categories? The categories we will need: https://interfacemasters.com/products/

I have purchased the premium version to see if there is any difference. Currently, it has been reindexing the table for over an hour and still at 0%.

Yes, it is possible. Please open plugin settings page -> Search results -> Archive pages option and enable Categories search.

    Hi,

same issue here. Sometimes numbers are not found on the live search result (no issue when the result is shown from research page).

    Any news?
