Not scrolling up

  • The front details page is not scrolling back to the top.
    It initially shows the top text but after clicking on a name it will not go back up fully.
    The /rear-details/ page and the /centre-details/ pages work ok.

    My problem is that after clickig on a link at top of page it will not scroll back to top of page. Clicking back has same result
