    The plug in is scheduling SOME orders for reviews on the set schedule, i.e. 5 days after “completed” status is generated. The plug is not scheduling all orders. The option to search for an account before sending the review is OFF. I have checked and found that there is no pattern that I can tell, i.e. some that have accounts are being asked, some that don’t are being asked, some of each are not. I also find that all orders I checked have the same status, i.e. completed. I have set the plugin to apply to all categories, all roles.

    What do I need to do to have the plug in send reminders for all the completed orders, from all users whether they have any account or not?

    Can you please let me know if mark orders as “completed” manually or via some third-party plugin?

    not a plug in, but it is an automated process. All of them are part of this automated process, and only SOME of them are getting scheduled. Let me know what else you need from me on this.

    Thanks for providing additional information.

    The next step in troubleshooting is to disable your ‘automated’ process, use the standard WooCommerce interface to update order statuses and check if this resolves the problem. Can you please try it?

    No, I cannot. That will break my entire fulfillment process.

    However, I did go back to orders in May, set 20 of them to pending, and then set them back to completed. All 20 scheduled.

    Are you still in touch with the developer who built your “automated” process? Please ask them to review if the automation is using the standard WooCommerce functions to update order statuses.
