    Hello,
Just downloaded EM and am setting up my first event. After enabling it for Booking, I cannot get it to save the ticket information I enter. Have tried editing the sample standard ticket and adding my own new ticket types. Each time, all price and other info is not saved. This message is shown at the top of the page when I save the page itself:

Your event details are incorrect and cannot be published, please correct these errors first:

Please enter a valid ticket price e.g. 10.50 (no currency signs)

There was a problem saving the ticket.

What can I do to make this work properly?

Should have mentioned that I was NOT adding currency signs, so that wasn’t really the issue.

    Hi, thanks for your response.
No, I didn’t. Just followed the “Getting Started” guide. After getting frustrated when it wasn’t saving ticket info, I went into Settings, thinking maybe I needed to set currency or location. But both of those were already correctly set by the default settings.

Ok, looks like it was a conflict with a Constant Contact subscribe form plugin. Didn’t think to check the plugins, since that was the only other one I’d installed before EM. With that plugin disabled, the ticket prices are saving, hooray!
