Not saving the phone number

No, currently, it is not possible in our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin to capture all the information (Phone number, Address, country, etc.) of the guest user( Non-registered user ).

For the Guest carts, we are tracking First name, Last name and Email Address when the guest user reach to the checkout page and enter their email address in “Email Address” field.

>> I have this problem only for unregistered customers. If a user has an account, all the fields are saved correctly.

Yes, we are tracking billing address and shipping address which will in the user profile of logged-in users. We are capturing logged-in user cart when the user add the product to the cart.

Also, I would like to let you know that in the Abandoned Cart PRO for WooCommerce plugin, we are capturing contact information – first name, last name, Email Address, and Phone number of guest users when the user enter the email address or phone number on the checkout page.
