Not saving table changes

I think I’m having the same problem. Before I was able to edit fine, but now when I click “Save Table Content” which loads:

/wp-admin/tools.php?page=websimon_tables&action=edit_table&id=1

…my theme returns a 404 Not Found page and doesn’t apply the changes.

I resorted to editing the existing table via phpmyadmin for now.
