    Logs don’t show any error messages. About a dozen people have signed up (and the dozen emails are showing in logs) but only 5 on mailchimp. i’m trying to save in 2 lists. is that’s causing the problem

    Here’s a snapshot of 3/5 that saved in the list. As you will noticed nothing saved between nov 29th and dec 10th and then suddenly one contact was saved on the 10th and nothing after

    Hello,

    Do you use free or PRO version of the plugin? What version is used on your site? Could you send screenshot(s) by email ([email protected]) with configuration on “MailChimp” tab from from settings page?

    Hello, I have emailed you the screenshots. I am using the free version. I wouldn’t pay for a PRO version for plugin that is not working and is losing valuable client data of mine. I hope this can be resolved asap. Thanks for your help!
