    Hi,

This sort of error is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin.

If possible, please could you try temporarily deactivating the other plugins on the site?
Are you able to save the UpdraftPlus settings in this case?

Sorry is not something I can do in this website (disable all plugins, and check one by one), I already disable some of them, but without making any difference.

Please, I saw I’m not the only one having this issue, you should find some fix.

    Thank yyou.

Just de-activate them all at once (and switch to default theme). Then reload the page. No need to de-activate one-by-one until it’s first seen whether de-activating them all makes a difference.

I did it, I deactivate all plugins and saved the settings. Bu again I cannot make the checking of each plugin.

    Hi,

If you open your browser’s developer tools (F12 or CTRL+SHIFT+J in most browsers), you should see a ‘Sources’ tab. Opening this tab should give you a list of sources that code is being loaded from.

Under ‘wp-content/plugins’, you will see all plugins that are being loaded on the UpdraftPlus page. One of these plugins will be the culprit.
