Not saving preferences – page caching?

    Hi,

    I like this plugin but I am having issues with users not being able to save their settings. I’ve done some cursory tests and I think this is a caching issue.

    When caching is turned off the settings save. When it is turned on, any changes to profile settings are ignored. Or, rather, the last known settings before caching was turned back on, are saved.

    Is this expected behaviour? I imagine most of your plugin users are using a caching plugin, so any advice on how best to avoid this?

    What caching plugin are you using? The caching plugins shouldn’t be acting on those pages and I think it’s more likely a caching plugin setup issue where you tell it to ignore certain pages but I can test on my end.

    It is now sorted, thank you, @fencer04. I think the problem was related to something else entirely.
