Not saving on multisite

    I installed this on a multisite installation. I doesn’t save on the first site but will save on site_2 but I notice it under the site_3 DB options.

    I tried disabling all other plugins but no luck that way either.

    It seems like something might be off. Is anyone else able to use it on multisite configurations?

    I found the issue; I first installed it in June 2022 on only one of the sites. After upgrading, the SQL DB did not update properly. The first site was missing the html_charset column. I added it manually, and I can now change, add, and save rules.
