Not saving email format properly

  • Just sent 1st ever email out and it came back with half the template format still in the email so really upsetting that. Why isnt MP saving email templates correcytly.
    Looks very tardy, major balls up.

    Can you kindly clarify if your email isn’t rendering on just the EPIC browser but rendering correctly on other browsers?

    Can you clarify if it’s rendering correctly on email clients such as gmail, yahoo etc?

    Can you send us a screenshot or a direct link to the email that isn’t rendering correctly?
