Not saving data when modifying profile info

Where did you tried to modify data of registered users? You can add the fields in your profile form from Ultimate Member->Forms inside your dashboard. You will be able to edit the fields in your profile page edit screen then.

This is what I do to modify the data. I go to the user profile from my website, not from wordpress and with Admin log in. Then I go to edit profile. Once in the user profile edit the fields but doesn’t save the data, when is logged as Admin.

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
Can you please try to do a conflict test so we can rule out theme/plugin conflicts and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.

Thanks for answering. I all ready did that and the issue still there, the problem is when I’m log in with Admin and I want to modify any fields of these user doesn’t save the changes.

I am having this same issue. I am a new customer and its doing the same thing. You can see the data, you can edit it, but when you click “update” it never does. When you eventually refresh the page, it is the old information.

Any solutions to this yet?

I too have the problem. I created various users/registration pages/profile pages, which all works fine.

The problem accour after the user has registred and the profile is saved. When you go to ‘edit profile’ on the user page, update the data you want to modify and click on ‘update profile’ nothing is saved.

Using Ultimate Member Version 2.0.16, There are no UM extensions installed, yet – planning on installing the Woocommerce extension at a later point.

seems like Account Type (Roles field) is not working perfectly and this field is not setting default field can you please guide me on this?

Awesome plugin ?? but poor free support @champsupertramp @ultimatemembersupport I resolved issues myself … no-one will wait that long … no-one has time to wait. Guys, I suggest you to please improve your support. if people don’t get guidance on time from your side to resolve, you will not be able to turn your free leads to premium ones….

and regarding issues I was facing ….Earlier I created roles using another plugin I just removed roles and recreated using UM and this worked fine for me.
