Not saving Constant Contact Feeds

I can’t currently not able to replicate your issue with all the specifications you mentioned. Could you make sure you have all your login credentials entered correctly? Also, if you’re sure that everything is setup correctly, could you send a quick video of your issue? Also, one more thing, which browser are you seeing this problem? And finally, are you getting any errors from WordPress itself?

Same problem here. When I edit a feed to map list fields to form fields, it takes a very long time to save but doesn’t actually save anything! When I return to edit the feed again, no fields have been mapped.

As I mentioned before, it would be good to know if this is happening on a certain browser. Would also be good to know if anyone is on any of the newer versions of WordPress and if this is happening every time you save or just once in a while.

Upon further investigation, I discovered there is a possibility that another plugin is interfering with this. If you have a lot of plugins, try deactivating a few and see if it stops hanging on save.

I never could get this to work with the 2.2.2 version of Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On. It worked when I downgraded to Version 2.1.3

So just to make sure I understand, nothing appears in the list where you map fields after you hit save?

It would disappear after I hit save
