    I have just installed your plugin and every time I try to save a new notification it does not save. I am getting stuck on the loading saving icon going round and round.

    Seems like a great plugin and exactly what I need, your help to correct would be great!

    Thanks for your message.

    Can you confirm you’re using the latest version WordPress and BNFW?
    Also have you tried testing it without any other plugins activated? It initially sounds like a conflict with another plugin to me so it’s worth trying this to narrow down the issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much you are correct. I deactivated and activate each plugin separately and it worked. The original problem seemed with ACF pro plugin. Now I have a issue with the notification actually sending out but will do some more check before for help.

    Hi, it seems the plugin does not like the latest version of WP…lol. I thought maybe one of the plugins was causing the issue but it seems not as different activate cause a issue not any one in particular.

    Not sure if a pro version will help, happy to purchase as the plugin is exactly what I have been looking for.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the extra info and testing everything out.

    How many email addresses are you sending a notification to? It’s possible that sending a notification to a high number of users is causing the save process to slow down.

    Hi, thanks for your quick response.

    I created a new notification for new user, the user role was a vendor user. I then created a new admin account with the vendor role user and nothing happens. The test went through a few times and it seemed okay but the actual email send out is not working. However sometimes it plays up with the plugins too.

    If you have a private email I am happy to supply WP access so you can see what I mean. Very strange.

    Sorry, you’ve lost me.
    I haven’t asked for FTP access. I thought I was being sent access to the WP Admin?

    I don’t think I need FTP access to look at this particular problem.

    Yes, I did and I replied – did you receive it.

    The problem is still with the ACF Pro plugin. When it is deactivated, BNFW works as expected. Can you enter your license key, update the plugin and re-test?
