Not Satisfied

  • The free plugin worked well with our Divi theme site but the premium upgrade did not work. The developer required admin access to our site to fix the issue, and was unable to give specific instructions to address our problem.
    We do not provide admin access to production sites, but did offer to set up a development site for their engineers to access. They did not take advantage of our offer so our issues went unresolved. The developer does not issue a refund to resolve the issue.
    We ended up using the FastSpring plugin, and that plugin worked out of the box.

    @ sunspotswifi How is the FastSpring plugin related to video galleries? It looks like that FastSpring plugin you talk about is about e-commerce, not video galleries.

    Not sure what happened but the plugin is https://nextendweb.com/ Smart Slider 3.
