This is the second time today for me. That’s weird. I’ll re-use that reply.
agilelogix Hi! How are you today? This review isn’t something that needs looking at by a moderator.
Reviews get archived for the following reasons. This is not a complete list BTW.
- Spam (obviously).
- Personal attacks (“Plugin suckz! YOU SUCKS! EVERYONE!1!” and that happens).
- Using reviews for support (Han Gruber voice: “If you fix my problem, I will change the review from 1 star. Until then, the review gets it. You have 24 hours.” That happens too).
- Blog posting in the reviews (“I liked your plugin and here’s 1,200 words about life, the Universe and Happiness.”)
This review is not support, it’s not any of the above. It is feedback even though you say it’s wrong. Reviewers get to be wrong and that’s not a reason to archive a review.
The person who left it isn’t really seeking support. They’re saying it doesn’t work as they needed (which may be incorrect). That’s all and you replied. The End.

Do not be overly concerned with the reviews here. Do not try and make them for marketing or promotion. It’s just feedback from a user. That’s all.
