Not satisfied

  • The response time to any issue is 3 to 8 days.
    What if I have a problem???
    My store looked as I want to display something under my bed, not as if like to sell anything= all jumbled: one description long , one medium, one picture shorter, one way larger, even though my picture sizing was all 500X 500.
    Of course nobody helped to fix that problem and I was refered to read zillions of forum pages. When I questioned anything the answer was: “What you want, it is free.”

    They succered me into paying $79 for an instant download plugin, which could have had totally free paypal. THAT made me mistrust those guys, since they KNEW I was not making an informed choice, but just took their word for, since they were the “experts”.
    Yes, I was stupid to use WooCommerce, set up my store for hour with their plugin, but not too stupid to continue and wait for a difficulty transaction to arrive and for those FREE guys to give me their delayed expert lies.

    Not fake at all, my friend. I had Woo Commerce for 6 month on my website. Every issue I have ever had , I was referred to read forum pages, or I had to resubmit 1 or 2 times, because I did not copy the code form my website for them to read correctly. And yes I read HOURS worth of questions and answers and leaned a lot in the process. So that is a good thing for me.
    You first get the automatic generated answer and At least 1 day went by to get an response. To find resolutions often more than 3 days but mostly more than 5 to 8 days went by.
    There are much better FREE options to have e-commerce.
    No hard feelings, I am just glad I do not have it anymore, but I also would not want others to think Woo commerce is a good solution to e-commerce and waist their time like I did.

    What on earth is an “instant download plugin”. Not sure who you’ve been talking to, but I don’t think that exists ??

    Claudio: I have read plenty of forums and whenever I asked for support I get answers with chip on their shoulder. Sorry, I can not post them anymore because I do not keep stuff like that. Let it be sufficed to say The Woo commerce techno guys have much to learn in customer relations.
    Mike, maybe you need to learn more about WordPress, hahaha. There are many free Instant download plugins for digital items. Just put it plugin search and you will come up with a slew of them. About 10 pages. Hope this helps.

    Here at www.remarpro.com you are a USER of an open source plugin.

    Are very different things, this is a public forum, where we answer some questions, but overall is open to the community. Since the plugin is open source anyone in the community can help the others.

    So you have a totally overshadowed view of what is “customer relations”, but I hope you understand now the difference between user and client.
