Not retaining my custom greeting or colors

  • Hello, I’m having an issue with the facebook messenger plugin not retaining my settings. The dialogue above the code says “This code has already been added to your site.” Then I save changes, but nothing happens. Maybe I have to manually add the code? No matter what, it sticks the default message and color scheme.

    Also, mobile users are not redirected to their facebook messenger-they have to log in to the web to use this…

    Also x2, is there a way to manually adjust the positioning of the icon? It hovers over top of my “return to top” button.

    UPDATE: The messenger icon is now red, but the text is now hidden until you tap the icon and it redirects me to log into facebook.
