    The documentation says, “checks for expiring products and resubmits them.” This is not true. My items have all expired after 30 days. The plugin says they are active, but they are all expired. ??

    I understand your products are expiring in Google, to me, that sounds like there is an issue with the connection, or a conflict that affected the syncing.

    As a first step, open your browser and type example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (be sure to replace example.com with your domain). Go to the product sync section at the bottom of the page and do a click on “Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center

    That will force all listings to be synced, or will return an error, if an error is returned please provide us the error message.

    I did that, and it said, “Successfully scheduled a job to sync all products!” So why didn’t it sync when they were expiring? How will I know if it syncs next time when they’re expiring?

    It’s possible for products to not sync if the scheduled actions area failing on your site.

    Can you please go to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions, and check how many pending and cancelled actions are listed there? Also, please take a screenshot of that page and share it with us.

    Checking this screenshot, I can see that the task is in Pending actions and should run at 2023-04-28 03:00:00 as you can see below:

    Can you please confirm if the task is already completed?
