Not responsive on smart phone

  • The theme’s responsive features seem to be working fine when viewing on a desktop browser. When you reduce the size of the browser, the elements adjust nicely.

    However, on at least one smart phone we’ve tested it on, nothing adjusts, and you have to scroll left & right to see the whole site.

    Isn’t it supposed to adjust to fit a small device?
