How can you write “slow to non support”?

We do answer every support request within 24 h. Did you ever read the readme or klick on the help button in the theme settings.

I just checked and you never used it. You didn’t write one ticket, but you tell us how bad we are.

I think your rating is misleading for other new users and thats probable what you want.
Just downrate a theme. But as I can see now, you are already a blocked member.

Are there any plans to make x2 responsive? It’s otherwise such a great theme.
