That looks more like a theme responsive issue. Is your theme responsive? If it is can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen or Fifteen?

If your theme is not responsive are you using a responsive plugin?

Hi this plugin already works in mobile and tablets devices. That is why I was suggesting that it might be related to your theme. Without testing another theme like WordPress default themes it is very challenging to help you with this issue.

I’m using the plugin with a Bootstrap theme and having responsive issues as well.

On an iPad in landscape view, the videos display great, even when rotating to portrait view.
Loading in Portrait view however, shows some problems.

The video display fine initially, but when rotating to landscape view, it doesn’t recalculate the viewport, causing a scrolling issue with the page.

I’m having to butcher the css to get this to work properly to my needs as the default css doesn’t work on tablet and mobile devices.

Do you have an online demo of your plugin so we can see it working as you intended?

Do you have any fixes for this at all or any advice for how to fix it?

@jhendry76 have you carried out a test using a smartphone? Have you also tested a different iPad tablet? I am just trying to work if it is an isolated incident or not.

I have used 2 different smartphones and 2 separate tablets and get the same issues on both.

Had to abandon using the plugin and find a different solution as the site I am using it on has to go live soon.

The main problem I had was loading it on portrait view first then switching to landscape.

Hi, prettyPhoto library is not responsive. If you are looking for better responsive feature feel free check our Lightbox Ultimate plugin, which provides various shortcodes with different popup styles.
