Nice, but useless unfortunatelly, as the theme is obviously NOT using responsive design …

The width is stuck at 960px …

    Pitty … had to unistall

Who still wants to use non-responsive themes these days !??

    I. Free themes I download, regardless of their flexibility, I am grateful.

The theme does seem to be stuck on a certain width. But to be fair, I can’t find a description of the theme that claims it to be responsive.

but to say that it is “Useless” is pretty harsh since themes uploaded here comes from hard work brought to every user free of charge.

Who uses non-responsive themes? a lot. Some sites have a separate structure for desktop users and serve a different version of the same site intended for mobile users. Some sites don’t bother at all for mobile visitors(not the best tactic but it’s true).

Responsive design is good but you can’t expect everyone to jump into the idea right away. Making a site completely responsive is not that easy.
Who still uses IE7? You’d be surprised.
