Not Required for specific catagory

    In the current version, there is an option for the requirement of file upload for certain categories. ( screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r99qd4

    but on my site, there are a lot of categories and I want to make it disable for only one category. Is it possible to make it not required for a specific category? ( not by selecting all the other categories as required but rather than a specific category which can be marked as except.)
