    Hi,

    Thanks a lot for this plugin!!

    I need one field not to be required (recipient name), how can I achieve that?

    Thanks for the question.

    The recipient name is used in the email template as default. If you want to remove it, you need to modify the JS core files, especially “wp-content/plugins/email-cart-for-woocommerce/js/app/modules/ShoppingCartActions.js” and “wp-content/plugins/email-cart-for-woocommerce/js/app/ecw-shopping-cart.js”.

    You can hire a developer to help you out with it if you don’t have any experience with programming.

    Can you please tell me how to change expriry date too? I need to set 2 weeks…

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    If you want to do it yourself, please don’t forget to backup your site or at least the files you want to modify.

    Regarding the expiry date, we have an option to change it in the Premium version. Please check it out here: https://marketingsuiteplugin.com/product/email-cart/.

    Hi, thank you.

    I wouldn’t like to be force to buy the premium plugin because changing expiry date is the only premium feature I need really.

    Couldn’t you give any clue about the file or db table to change, please?
