    Hi Brad,

Could you send us a link to one of your product pages?

Also, would it be possible to send us a screenshot of the “Reviews” tab in your Ultimate Reviews settings? If you’re not certain where to upload a screenshot, we recommend using postimg.org .

    Hi Brad,

I am not quite sure what your are looking for. Currently, in your website I can see the ultimate reviews under the Reviews tab as you have checked the “Replace WooCommerce Reviews” option.

Are you looking to display the default WooCommerce reviews? Are you not seeing the same thing when you go to the link you sent?

I assumed that the Etoile Reviews would replace the WooCommerce reviews section. Right now I am not able to get my site to show the additional customized review fields which I have created and I thought the integration with WooCommerce was the underlying issue. Maybe I am wrong. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The product at the link you sent has no reviews, so it’s not possible to tell what fields are or aren’t displaying. And you’ve got it set so that you have to be logged in to leave a review, which means we can’t see the review form.

If you could create a review and also take the restriction off the submission form (even if only temporarily), and then also let us know what fields you created, how you created them, and where they aren’t displaying, then perhaps we could have a look and get a better idea of what’s going on.
