Not rendering short code text

  • Hi I have a strange issue.

    I have a Receipt page, that is populated with s2Member data of my users, including their address and the amount they paid for our services
    If I pdf a page from within the Dashboard>Tools>PDF Creator>Content
    All the user data is loaded into the pdf, and all’s good.

    However when I put the short code in the page
    [pdf-lite icon=”3″ filename=”Paid-Invoice”]

    None of the user data is populated

    I have shortcodes like
    [s2Get user_field=”company” /]

    Sounds like the doshortcode function hasn’t been implemented. Will double check as was sure this was working front end for other shortcuts. Can you send me the details of this s2 plugin you’re using? I assume it’s on www.remarpro.comanisation?

    Hi Alex;

    Its the https://s2member.com/ plugin. Yes its on the WP Plugin Site.
    I’m using the Pro Version, however I don’t think the Pro Version changes anything.
