    Hi,

Loving your Support Candy plugin, with it being ideal for support and resolutions portal on https://koh-lanta.org/support-resolution-centre/, the new Koh Lanta focused holiday property bookings and business listing site we are developing, with as you say, it being so simple to install and configure, with for now the free version covering all the bases we need, but if the site takes off as we expect it to do, I do anticipate the features in your Standard plan will come in handy.

I am having a slight problem though, with the page being fine in desktop view, but in mobile view it’s not rendering any images or the Support Candy portal to non logged in users on the support page.

All help and advice or resolving this would be appreciated.

Some further information that may help.

It’s clearly Support Candy that’s causing the problem on the page as when I remove the short code from the page it works fine again, displays the images.

Even the header image isn’t showing.

    The menu isn’t working either.

It seem that when viewing the page non logged in on mobile view the file source of the images are changing, showing the image source as a data:image – https://koh-lanta.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/2-1.png – Could it be Elementor that’s causing this?

More further info, with it seeming it’s a bug with Support Candy and Elementor, with https://shop.koh-lanta.org/support-test/ being on another section of the site with no Elementor, (that’s AVADA0, and it’s fine on there.

    Hello,

We have checked the issue on your site and found there is a js error from litespeed js file. Please see attached screenshot.

If you are using any such plugin then please reactive it. Clear your browser and site cache ad then recheck the issue.

    Thanks

There’s no screenshot, but I’ll try what you say.

Ditto so I could mark this as resolved.
