Not render any snippets, admin side has anomalies too

None of the snippets run no matter what I do.
On the admin page, if I look at it in group or editor view, it shows an active status for a snippet, if in table view, it shows a draft-I uploaded 3 separate snippets, but I can only see the first one in any list.
On the admin side, chrome console shows two javascript errors.
