Not Reliable tool, don’t waste your money

  • Created a full backup before updating to last version of WooCommerce(3.0.6), which actually tells you to have a full backup due to many changes in this new version.
    After updated WooCommerce, I have discovered that my theme wasn’t compatible with this new version, so the results are many glitches and source codes being displayed in all pages.
    I was comfortable because I HAD DONE A BACKUP FROM MY BACKUP GUARD PRO, but what a surprise when my last backup and the other previous 2 couldn’t be restored.
    Actually right now my website is full of errors due to this UNRELIABLE TOOL.
    DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT DOES NOT WORK FOR UPDATES ON YOUR PLUGINS.

    Hi, I have not paid for the upgrade yet, your review caught my eye – so sorry about your loss!

    I wanted to know please:

    – What error messages or whatever indicated that the restore could not be implemented?

    – Did you contact support? If so what happened?
