Not registering stock for Ebay order

Hi. I installed and began using this plugin at the end of last week. I’m still getting used to it but it seems great! I’m just having a small problem. I’ve noticed that on a few occassions, the stock reports aren’t picking up stock sold on Ebay.

What I mean by this is that to keep on top of stock, I am using the “Check all published listings and find products with different stock levels in WooCommerce.” functionality under ‘tools’ on the plugin. I then use this report to make sure my numbers are matching on our site and ebay.

This works great most of the time, but there’s been a few times where it isn’t showing the discrepancy for stock sold on Ebay? It is showing the order under the ‘orders’ section so it is picking up the data but it’s not recognising that any stock actually sold if that makes sense?

A bit of further information – the listing hasn’t ended on Ebay nor has all the stock sold, so I can’t see why this isn’t working. I hope you can help ??
