Not registering new users

Can you please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue is caused by some conflict with your theme or other plugins.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

Hey @ultNo conflict reported. Also – no report in WP debug. I am going to roll-back to 2.0.12 as suggested by another user and see if it works.
