    Did you also update EME? The latest EME version is required too.
    Also, check the webserver log files for possible errors.

    Yes, I have updated both EME and EMEFS
    How can I check the webserver log files for possible errors?

    If you don’t know that, ask your provider for help there.
    And maybe send me an admin account and an example url, so I can check for myself.

    My mistake, I apologize.
    In my modified form.php, I forgot the “event_name”.

    Please note : the default $emefs_event_data is no longer set in emefs and takes default from eme, so I had to <input type=”hidden” … > the desired values inside the form.
