Not registered users and Direct Checkout

    First Question:
    I would like to know if the plugin detects users who are not registered (account created) but who have filled the email in the Checkout fields and have not clicked on the Payment button yet.

    My WooCommerce is configured so that a visitor can create an account in the Checkout area by entering an email and password.

    Second Question:
    My website also has a code that redirect the customer to Direct Checkout without going through the cart, when any product is added to the cart. Can the plugin detect “Cart Abandoned” with this behavior?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The plugin can detect the users who are not registered. Plugin captures the email once any user enters the email address on the checkout page independent of if the user is registered or not.

    To capture the abandoned cart plugin needs the Woocommerce checkout page. Hence it will still work if you skip the cart page.
