Not reflecting textarea’s line break

I noticed that the confirmation page made with this plugin not reflects line breaks of multiline text send from a textarea.

Could you tell me how I can resulve this?

Confirmation page:
[multiform "message"]

Result:

line 1 string. line 2 string. line 3 string.
