my question is how to make sure that if a user clicked on a link(/forum) it should be redirected to login page and as soon as it login, it should be redirected to (/forum) link.

What happening is when clicking on the link(/forum) after the login, the user is redirected to user’s profile page.

I don’t know how you have things linked in so that part of your question can not be answered here. As far as redirection after logging in, that can be changed within User Roles using the ‘Redirect To URL’ option like so:

I just want log in members to see the page.

Steps:
1. anonymous user must be directed to the login page but when login/register, he should be able to view the page.

What’s happening is
the anonymous user is directed to the login page and even when he/she log in and try to view the page, he/she again is directed to the login page.

You have the login option set to “Refresh Active” page. If you need to redirect users after login then, select to ‘Redirect To URL’ and enter a url.

I have changed the login option as redirect to URL with URL as https://infraredcameras.net.au/ (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B08w3d3S4VzNSmVsRnZzdk9ieDA/view?usp=sharing)

But after I login on the website and try to reach https://infraredcameras.net.au/terms (this is the page where I have aplied custom access setting using ultimate member – https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B08w3d3S4VzNZEstN0lDbHcyeU0/view), I get redirected to profile page with URL as

Check that user on Admin panel => Users. It appears “k24” does not have a “memberultimate” user role…

the user did have memberUltimate user Role. There is some sort of caching going on which I am unable to find.

Speaking of caching. Did you do this?

Go to Ultimate Member > Dashboard > User Cache > ‘Clear Cache’ button.

To stop caching files altogether:
Go to Ultimate Member -> Settings -> Advanced ->
Stop caching user’s profile data: ON.
Save Changes.

Also, are you running a cache plugin? Did you clear browser cache?

@borisv stop caching does not work. Thoughts?
