Not redirecting to Netcash gateway on checkout?

  • Hi, I’ve been asked to troubleshoot why the redirect to Netcash doesn’t take place after the customer places the order on Fempreneurs’ website. Instead, it stays on the order-pay page and displays a nondescript “Pay via Pay Now” button at the bottom. There’s no immediate evidence of any errors, however it’s not redirecting. Are you able to assist with this issue please?
