Not redirecting / Not working

    Hi there! I need some help here. I’m trying to redirect one page with no success at all.
    I have tested every option, I followed the video tutorials and anything worked.

    I’m not using any cache tool. Everything looks fine, I downloaded the bin databases, even tried the DB3 lite ones, nothing worked.

    Hi,

    Please enable the debugging log in your plugin settings and check the debug.log generated in the plugin directory for the details.

    Hi! Thank you for your quick answer.

    I checked the file and I don’t know if the issue it’s because WooCommerce it’s an AJAX page. Or it’s not recognizing the shop page. I have one default shop page for UK customers and if it’s not it should redirect to another shop page (https://outlookguide.com/shop URL not matched).     It seems like you have home page and shop page. I suggest that you using URL and insert “https://outlookguide.com” in the field.

    @webmastertsd It looks like you do not have the BIN database installed. Please make sure you have downloaded the BIN database.

    Hi, I have downloaded and uploaded into the ip2location plugin folder, How to make it readable by web server?
    In the settings I added 301 parmanent redirect
