Not redirected to the wordpress login page, after logging out from wordpress

Hi,
I am not an IT expert and I am just new on WordPress. I created a virtual host on my computer using WAMP and I am not being redirect to the log in page, instead I got this on the URL:
https://error.bt.co.uk/main?ParticipantID=nmum6rqpq5q6gkm3933n3nf9s76onu6r&FailedURI=http%3A%2F%2Fwp-login.php%2F%3Floggedout%3Dtrue&FailureMode=1&Implementation=&AddInType=4&Version=pywr1.0&Referer=http%3A%2F%2Fgarek.test%2F&ClientLocation=uk

The message on the screen is this: Sorry, the website wp-login.php cannot be found.

This new site is empty (no conflict with any theme or plugin) only the default staff. Does any body know what should I do to sort this? Please, guide me step by step as I am new on all this.
