• While the software itself works ok I wouldn’t recommend this plugins for anyone who wishes to use this for a longer period of time.
    I’m a long time user and now wished to update to the latest major release (1.x to 2.x). Unfortunately, this will not work as their migration script cannot process that much data. The end result is that not even 5% was migrated. All other project logs, comments, files, etc. is all gone after migration.

    I’ve have contact with support for a while (started in November) and they repeatedly pointed me to the migration tool, which I already tried over and over. I even made a standalone installation so they could try themselves, which they did, but without checking the results which obviously were also incomplete.
    Once I provided them with error logs and more testing information about the issue they simply stopped responding.

    It’s clear to me now that they are not planning on fixing this issue and simply ditch old users who want to update to their latest software versions.
    For me a valid reason to look for alternatives.

    I’ve already had a lengthy (3+ months) exchange with support which resulted in them basically saying that it won’t be possible.

    I very much doubt that some minor bugfixes in a newer release will fix or even address this.
