    Hi @muhammadthecoder,

    In Wp Social plugin there is a registration system via social media.  When a user tries to log in via social media he will be automatically registered. We have shown it to you with a video tutorial and asked you to share with us what kinds of registration system you are looking for.

    If you shared your thought with us then we could discuss it with our dev team. If we fail to do it then we could definitely proceed to the refund phase. Actually, we are following this procedure. But we didn’t hear anything from you since then.

    We never told you we will not issue the refund. But, what disappoints us a bit is suddenly you’ve rated us one star! A one-star review can directly affect the reputation. I hope you can understand.

    I hope you will rethink the review after getting a resolution from us. Expecting your cooperation in this matter and we are always ready to assist you.
