• I bought this plugin as there was lot of positive new reviews. The plugin started to work well, but suddenly we noticed that there were lots of errors in basic features: we did not get email notifications from orders, items ordered were not removed from stock etc. The problem was this plugin. We contacted the support, they promised to fix issues and update plugin. They did updates, but it did not fix any issues.

    Then I started to check older reviews here and the problems listed 2-3 years ago are the same that I had week ago. So not recommended. We used +40 hours to try to optimize our site to get this plugin to work, but even after that it will randomly create some strange problem. Now we just completly deleted it and changed to other pre order system.

    Basic features do work, but it brokes so much stuff in the basic site that I can’t recommend this.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with the paid version of the plugin. Please understand this is not the free version offered here in the portal. I want to make sure you have the correct plugin.

    For some reason there was no option to leave review for paid version. If you can link me the place where I can leave public review for paid version, it would be nice.

    Do you mean that free version works better than the paid version? The free version has no errors that paid version has?

    Please do not provide any further information about your personal details or website because of forum policies. You can mention other details about email notifications or features that need to be fixed.

    There are over 55,000 plug-ins, and they all have monthly updates to fix various issues. In some cases, incompatibility issues with platforms or other plug-ins are much harder to correct or, in rare instances, impossible to improve.

    We offer refunds when the plug-in does not work for the customer, or we cannot fix it.

    We do our best to accommodate everyone, even for a free plug-in version we do not get paid for,?which is why we have such high reviews.

    As the founder, I truly appreciate your feedback to allow us to support our product better.

    You don’t have your own review platform either so this is only place to leave feedback on your items.

    Did Bright Plugins create your plug-in, and can you confirm?

    @brightvesseldev You are only half correct.

    You cannot and must not support customers on this site. Ever. That is not allowed for anyone.

    BUT! The exception is a review here. You upsell and take advantage of your plugin page to get free advertising for your paid version. That’s fine and completely allowed.

    When you do that, you invite these reviews. This review is 100% legitimate.

    I am closing this review to new comments as it is now heading into support and that is not allowed.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales and refund topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
