• When i found this plugin i was happy because it offers a great functionality. Especially the premium option which i was going to get. However after using the free version i ended up finding some issues/bugs.

I went to the forum to search for possible other users with the same problems and search for the solutions. What i found were other users indeed having the same problems i did, but that’s not the problem. The problem is that these threads are even 1 year old, and the developer did not reply to them

A quick example, the issue of “Hiding the inaccessible variants” presented in the forum. Even though the user pointed out the issue, developer simply stopped answering. And I can confirm in my test i still have the same issue, 1 year later

More so, if you look at the support forum you will find the developer was active in the forum yet about 1 year ago, but now none of the new threads even have any answers.

To me it’s clear the plugin is not supported anymore, or perhaps even developed(although new updates are released)
However, i would never use a plugin (especially the pro version) that offers an important functionality for an e-store since support is non existing. You could end up in a situation where the plugin requires a new update either due to WordPress or Woocommerce new updates and you will never get an answer or help.

  • Dear @clawduda,

We haven’t seen any your thread in our forum recently. Why can you confirm that our support is not exist?

If you have any issue, you need to create a thread in the forum for us to check and help you. We’ll consider and give users a proper solution ASAP.

We check the thread everyday to support the users. We’ll prior to deal with the same issues met by many users and the issue’s actually come from our plugin. This is free version, we don’t have responsible for answering all your questions in the forum.

    Hi,

I have not posted a support thread about my main issue because like I have explained i was searching the forum and found several threads about the main issue i encounter, but without any support. If there are several threads already opened about an issue with 0 replies why should i create a new one?

For example in this support thread the user very clearly explained a situation. You replied once and suggested he enables a setting which he already had according to his screenshot. After your initial response you just ignored him and 1 year has passed without a reply ??
It’s a high possibility that you misunderstood the problem because that option is related to something else, not the problem he described
If you would shown that thread a second glance I am sure you would have acknowledged the issue at least.
And trust me that is an important issue and it 100% comes from your plugin ( tested in a fresh install with only woocommerce + storefront installed )

“This is free version, we don’t have responsible for answering all your questions in the forum.”
    – I never said you have a responsibility to answer all questions in the forum. All I did was to point out that 80-90% of the support threads don’t even get a single reply. You can make of this what you will.
