Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the confusion. The reports are ONLY supported in our Professional and Business plans, as we publicly state on the plugin’s page and on our pricing page. The reason you had the reports working for the first week is because we give all our new users a free access to our Business plan for the first 7 days so you can see all our features.

Our free plan is limited to 1M pageviews. This limit has nothing to do with the reports. Hope it’s clear now ??
