    Hello
I want to send a welcome message to users when they register.
But unfortunately, this does not happen after registration.
I checked and found the problem to the best of my ability and realized that the plugin believed that users did not enter their phone number in their account.
This issue can also be seen manually when sending SMS. When I put the “To” section on the “WordPress Users” option, it gives me this message in the bottom field (0 users have mobile phone numbers.) and from here I realized that it does not recognize my users’ phone numbers.
    what’s the solution?
    please guide me
    Thank you so much

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope this email finds you well.

Please make sure the mobile field option is enabled. The mentioned option is placed here:
Dashboard > SMS > Settings > General > Mobile field > Add Mobile Number Field

After enabling this option, your clients can enter their phone numbers while creating an account on your website.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

    Best,
    Reza

Hello, thank you for your help
I use the Digits plugin for registration and this plugin takes phone numbers from users, and by activating the option you said, I have to take phone numbers from users twice during registration, and this is not good at all!
If there is a way that the plugin can recognize the mobile number of users, I would appreciate it if you could help me.
And if you know a plugin that can send a PBM to the user when he registers, I would be grateful if you could introduce it to me.

    thank you very much

    Hi,

    I hope you're having a pleasant day.

WP SMS is not integrated with the mentioned plugin and cannot fetch the mobile numbers which are gathered by that plugin.
Unfortunately, I cannot suggest any solution in this case.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

    Best,
    Reza

We have exactly the same problem. This plugin cannot pick up the existing mobile phone fields and the ‘new’ mobile phone fields cannot be added to our online registration. This plugin should have a field map functionality where we can map existing fields.

    Greetings,

I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits.

WP SMS has the capability to fetch mobile numbers of all users who have registered through the default WordPress sign-up form and also the Ultimate Member plugin. We understand the importance of having a wide range of options when it comes to sending SMS messages to your clients. We’re always looking to integrate more membership plugins into our platform to give you even more options to work with.

We highly value your feedback and suggestions. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please do not hesitate to share them with us.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

    Best regards,
    Reza
