Not Recognizing New Thumbnail

    The plugin is not picking up my new thumbnail type. URL is https://sa.gallagherdev.com/. I’ve created a new thumbnail type “popular” and it shows as an option to pick in the Top 10 settings. I’ve picked it, but the website does not show these new thumbnails (which are 300 x 100)

    You will need a plugin to recreate this image size as the plugin doesn’t create your images. My plugin of choice is OTF Regenerate Thumbnails

    I *have* used a plugin to create the new images. They are not being pulled in….

    What are your thumbnail settings in the plugin settings page? Also in the widget?

    Lastly, can you check that the thumbnails actually exist?

    I would like to follow up on this and thank the plugin author for his assistance. My issue was resolved once I deactivated the Photon setting of the Jetpack plugin (image caching). So I’m not sure if there’s a conflict or not.

    Good to hear that. It must have been the cache interfering for some reason
